Day 1 – Kochi-Munnar

On arrival our representative will pick you up from and drive to Munnar.

Check into the hotel/resort. Spend the day at leisure. Overnight in

Munnar.

Day 2 – Munnar

Spend the day with local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three

mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale; Munnar is

situated 1600 Meters above sea level. Munnar was once the summer

resort of the British government in South India. Local sightseeing of

Munnar includes visit to Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point.

Afternoon, proceed to Rajamalai were the rarest species of mountain goat,

"Nilgiri Tahrs", can be spotted. Return to hotel / resort in the evening.

Overnight in Munnar.

Day 3 – Munnar – Kochi Drop

Check-out after breakfast and leave for Devikulam area, which is an

enchanting hill station. Visit Sita Devi Lake with its mineral waters and

picturesque surroundings, powerhouse waterfalls and Anayirankal Dam.

Return to Kochi in the afternoon and drop at airport / railway staion.

Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green

forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic

beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional

activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit, Bamboo

Rafting, Trekking and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Return to

Kochi in the afternoon and drop at airport / railway staion.

the beauty of this backwater paradise at its best. Proceed to Alleppey in

the noon and board houseboat at 1230 hrs. Overnight in houseboat.

Day 6 –Alleppey-Kochi Departure

Check out from the houseboat at 0930 hrs after breakfast and drop in

with a tradition dating back to 1000 BC. This capital city of Kerala is a

beautiful seaside metropolis built on seven hills. It is located on the west

coast of India spreading over a total area of 2,192 sq.km. Sightseeing tour is

comprehensive with the visits to Padmanabhaswami Temple, Srichitra Art

Gallery, Napier Museum and Zoo. Overnight in Kovalam.
